Q: Do you accommodate handicapped individuals with preferred seating?
A: Yes, we are happy to accommodate handicapped individuals and one care-taker with front row seating. To make the necessary arrangements, please call our conference team at 1-866-765-7506.
Q: Can I pay at the door?
A: Yes, it is possible to pay the appropriate event registration fee at the door in cash, or by credit card. However, seats and/or seminar materials cannot be guaranteed until all other guests who paid in advance have been accommodated. Please note, our early bird rates are designed to save you money, so it is best to take advantage of those prices prior to the conference.
Q: Can I reserve a seat now and pay later?
A: No, it is not possible to reserve a seat without payment.
Q: Is the entire event registration fee due upon registration?
A: Yes, the event registration fee is due in full when registering for an event. No partial payments are allowed.
Q: Can a guest attend for free?
A: All guests, including family members, need to pay the appropriate event registration fee to be admitted to the event.
Q: Are audio-recordings of event sessions available after the event?
A: Yes, Audio-recordings of event sessions are available after the event. Details will be provided during the event as to how you can obtain your copy. Please note, only attendees can get the audio-recordings 50% off at the event!
Q: Are hotel reservations included in my event registration fee?
A: Hotel reservations are not included in the event registration fee. These arrangements can be made by contacting our conference partner, Bishop-McCann, at 1-800-401-1384 or 1-913-730-7566 and select option 1.
Q: Is airport transportation included in my event registration fee?
A: These arrangements are the guest’s responsibility. Our Event Specialists are able to assist you in making other travel accommodations; you can contact them at 1-800-401-1384 or 1-913-730-7566 and select option 1. Please note an additional fee may apply.
Q: What is your cancellation Policy?
A: Please keep in mind that in the event you have to cancel your participation, the following cancellation policy will apply:
- Cancel between December 13, 2011 and March 12, 2012 — US $150.00 penalty per person
- Cancel after March 12, 2012 until the start of the Symposium; you will have a credit on file for a future Sovereign Society event minus a US $300.00 penalty per person
- Total Wealth Fellowship or Freedom Alliance Members & Guests- Cancellations received on or before March 12, 2012, will receive a full refund minus a U.S. $50.00 processing fee for your guest’s only. Cancellations received after March 12, 2012 or No Shows will incur a U.S. $275.00- per person processing fee on your Total Wealth Fellowship or Freedom Alliance account.
